With this tour, you will get a better understanding of Cape Town, its culture, people, architecture, language, houses, and people. It's a fantastic tour, we promise
As beautiful and culturally rich as this city is, it wasn't so long ago that colonizers were stirring the pot and leaving the country and its people in heart-wrenching conditions. With this, we'd want to disclaim that we find it important to educate everyone about these hardships and are trying to do so in a respectable and honorable way. We ask you, as our curious adventurers, to do the same. And as this is packaged in a concise tour, we highly recommend you to inform yourself deeper on the subjects we will touch during the tour.
This tour starts at 25 Commercial Street and ends in Bo Kaap.
With this tour we donate €5,- for every tour sold to different organizations such as Baz-Art and The Car Cruisers.
This tour is in English and can be done in groups of 2 to 6.

Eens op een andere manier te stad verkennen! Lekker relaxt, zonder na te denken hoe of wat. Volg deze originele route en ontdek de stad op een nieuwe manier!
We did the tour with a blend group from different ages and we all loved it. Even though I already visited Cape Town for 3 times, I learned a lot about its history. The questions and wildcards make it interactive and we had a lot of fun as well. I really recommend to do it!
Must do when you are visiting Cape Town! The city is full of cultural must visits. Tassie takes you on a tour throughout the city and will tell you all the ins and outs. Say goodbye to your standard knowledge of Mandela and Tutu.
I did the tour with a group of friends (9 in total) and we we’re very surprised by the given information and places we’ve visited. Highlight of the tour was for sure the Bo-Kaap area, with all the colorful houses and nice people everywhere.
If you’re looking for a fun, but cultural activity, Tassie is your go to!
I started the tour not knowing much of the history of SA apart from the basic stuff that passed through conversation. This your helped me deepen my knowledge in the struggles and historical turning points that affected the country and coloured this beautiful city; with occasional cultural and social breaks with my partner and interesting street art sights. It’s a must if it’s your first trip!!
